At NueBelly, we’re here to help you sleep better, feel supported, and rest easier during pregnancy. We truly believe in the comfort and effectiveness of our products, and we encourage you to give them a try for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits.

If after 14 days you’re still not satisfied, you’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, just email us at hello@nuebelly.com. We're happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem—just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you’d like to cancel or make changes. After that window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make adjustments.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7 business days.

We’re confident that you’ll love your NueBelly pillow—but we also understand that every body is different. If you’ve used the product for at least 14 days and still feel it’s not for you, you can return it anytime within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding any shipping fees, if applicable).

To request a return, contact us at hello@nuebelly.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your Order Number, or the name and email used to place the order to help us process your request quickly.

Damaged Items

We carefully package each order, but if your item arrives damaged (as in a defect or breakage to the product itself), let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email hello@nuebelly.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no cost.

Please note: cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product is still intact. We do not replace or refund products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to deliver your order on time, but occasionally shipping delays happen due to couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you have issues with delivery, please contact your courier directly.

NueBelly is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once your order has left our facility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, let us know within 24 hours. If we’re not notified in time and your order ships to the wrong address, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
