At NueBelly, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders—because every mama deserves comfort without extra costs.

Order Processing Times

We aim to get your order out quickly and smoothly.
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Dispatch means your order has been handed off to the courier and is on its way.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping time begins once your order is dispatched. Delivery speed depends on your location and courier performance. You may experience additional delays during holidays or customs clearance for international orders.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you spot a mistake, email us at hello@nuebelly.com within 24 hours. We'll do our best to update it, but changes aren't guaranteed once processing begins.

If your shipping address is incomplete or flagged by our system, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Delayed Delivery

We totally understand how important timely delivery is.
However, delays can happen due to factors outside our control—like weather issues, courier disruptions, customs holds, or address verification problems.
If there’s a delay, we’ll do everything we can to keep you updated and assist in resolving the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier. If your package is lost or stolen, please:

  1. Contact your local courier to file a claim.

  2. Email us at hello@nuebelly.com and we’ll support you however we can.

While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll gladly contact the courier on your behalf and provide updates. In certain cases, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the situation.

If your package cannot be located, we may recommend filing a police report.
